Gas Piston Technology

Unlike traditional spring-piston air rifles that use a coiled steel spring, the Synergis Elite uses a gas-filled piston (similar to a shock absorber) to drive the pellet. Gas pistons also don't take a set from being left cocked, making the Synergis Elite safe to store cocked for extended periods.
