Rio Powerflex Trout 12’ Leader 3 Pack

The Go-To Trout Leader for Every Situation

The RIO Powerflex Trout 12' Leader is one of the most trusted leaders in fly fishing — and for good reason. Built with RIO's Powerflex nylon, it delivers the perfect balance of strength, suppleness, and turnover performance for trout fishing in any conditions. At 12 feet, it gives you the extra length needed for drag-free drifts on technical water like the Frying Pan and Roaring Fork, where spooky fish demand precise presentations and delicate tippet. Sold in a 3-pack so you're always stocked and ready to rig.

Key Features

• 12-foot length — extra reach for drag-free drifts on technical, clear-water trout streams
• Available in 3x, 4x, 5x, and 6x — covers everything from big dry flies to tiny midges and emergers
• Powerflex nylon construction — exceptional knot strength and abrasion resistance with a supple, natural presentation
• 3-pack value — stock multiple sizes and always have a fresh leader ready
• Versatile taper — turns over a wide range of fly sizes cleanly and accurately

Picture a technical midge hatch on the Frying Pan — a 6x Powerflex leader unrolling perfectly, your size 22 midge settling into the film without a ripple, a 20-inch rainbow rising to take it. That's what this leader is built for.
