The FB Pheasant Tail - Olive is a flashback variation of the classic Pheasant Tail Nymph, tied with an olive body to match the coloration of many Western mayfly nymphs. The reflective flashback wing case triggers strikes in clear, pressured water by mimicking the gas bubble of an emerging insect. Fish it dead-drift under an indicator or as a dropper off a dry fly on Colorado's Roaring Fork, Fryingpan, and Colorado Rivers.
