The Dark Cahill is a time-tested mayfly imitation with a dark wood duck wing and dubbed body that imitates a range of darker mayfly duns. A reliable searching pattern and hatch-matcher for evening rises on the Roaring Fork and Colorado River, particularly effective during summer and early fall mayfly hatches.
