The CH Wooly Bugger - Black is a subsurface streamer pattern designed to trigger aggressive strikes from large trout. Streamers are fished below the surface with an active retrieve — stripped, swung, or jigged to imitate baitfish, sculpin, and other prey. An effective choice on the Roaring Fork, Frying Pan, and Colorado River throughout the season, particularly during high water, low light, and when trout are actively hunting.
