Frying Pan River — 115 CFS
The Pan is fishing well at 115 CFS. Clear water and low flows mean technical presentations are essential — keep casts short, get your line off the water, and walk lightly. "Hero" casting is not going to increase your fish numbers on this river.

Frying Pan River Tips
At 115 CFS the Pan is clear and low. Keep casts short, get your line off the water, and approach runs carefully. Fish are spooky — stealth and a drag-free drift will outperform distance every time.
Roaring Fork River (at Glenwood Springs) — 1,020 CFS
The Fork is running at 1,020 CFS at Glenwood Springs. Flows are up and fish are active — look for caddis and stonefly activity, especially in the afternoons. Bigger attractor patterns and hopper-dropper rigs are worth trying as flows push fish to the edges.
