CFS: 355 @ Glenwood Springs

River Overview: Low water and technical fishing. Fish the river as you would on the frying pan, light tippet and small flies. Most notable hatches right now are BWO (more prevalent on cloudy days) size #18-22 and midges sized 18-22. Try throwing streamers and nymphs if you’re not seeing much surface activity.

Nymphs:  black juju baetis #20-22, sparklewing RS2 #20-22 grey & black, Johnny Flash grey #18-22, Pats Rubberlegs #8-12, egg patterns #16, Midge emerger black #20-22, Manhattan midge #18-22, Zebra Midge Red/black

Dries: Parachute Adam’s Grey/Purple #16-22, extended body BWO #18-20, Quigleys Cluster #16-20

Streamers: Mini Dungeon Black & Olive, Jig Sparkle Yummy Olive & Yellow, Backflop Jig Olive
